You will notice there are some changes to this year's registration process. We have been working with the ACYOA Central Council to present these guidelines to you.

Additionally, the Sports Weekend Code of Conduct, available on our website, will be enforced throughout the weekend.

Please read the registration changes thoroughly. If all components are not received, your registration will not be processed.

• You must be at least 18 years of age to attend.
• Tickets are by advance reservation only; no tickets will be sold at the door.
• Diocesan clergy signature is required in order to process registration.
• Hotel reservation can only be made through our registration process, using this form.

The changes in the registration process are being put into place this year to ensure that General Assembly and Sports Weekend remains a fun and safe weekend for all, as we, the youth of the Armenian Church, gather for a weekend of fellowship.
